Printed: The pattern is physically delivered to your mailbox and includes

Printed + PDF: The PDF pattern is delivered to your email when the physical pattern is sent from us (usually 1-2 business days after purchase), the printed pattern is then delivered physically to your mailbox.
ATTENTION! During pre-order periods, you will receive the PDF pattern in your email within 30 minutes of purchase along with a "Your order is on its way" email. The order is still not on its way until you receive a new email with the title "Shipping update for order #123456" after the pre-booking period has ended. All prices on Sandramarias.com are stated in euros (€) including 24% VAT. Sandramarias reserves the right to price adjustments.
The payment intermediary service is carried out and the supplier is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Payments with Visa Electron or MasterCard cards show Paytrail Oyj as the recipient in the card statement and also pass the payment on to Sandramarias. Paytrail Oyj has an operating license for payment institutions granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. In the event of a complaint, we ask you to contact Sandramarias in the first place.

Shipping & Delivery
Physical products purchased via Sandramarias.com are delivered in Finland with Posti or DB Schenker and to Sweden with Posti or Asendia. I will send your order within 1-2 working days and then your package will be delivered according to Posti's, DB Schenker's or Asendia's delivery times.

For physical products, a shipping fee is added at checkout based on the size and weight of the package. The shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing digital products (e.g. PDF patterns), you as a customer have no right of withdrawal (in accordance with § 6:16 of the Consumer Protection Act). For this reason, Sandramarias does not offer open purchase or exchange rights either.
When purchasing physical products (e.g. printed patterns, sewing marks and material kits), you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal provided that you notify me of this by emailing email@example.com within 14 days after you or your representative received the product (in accordance with § 6:14 of the Consumer Protection Act).
If the last day of the cooling-off period is a Saturday or holiday, the notification of the cancellation can still be made on the first weekday thereafter.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regretted it.
It is not enough to return the product or not to pick it up at the post office without separately announcing the use of the right of withdrawal. It is the customer's responsibility to prove, if necessary, that a message has been sent.
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, your address, your e-mail address, the order number and which/which goods the return applies to.
You should immediately, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice, return the product(s) to me.
You are responsible for return shipping and delivery and are responsible for the condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
If the entire order is returned, the order amount will be refunded in full, including the original shipping fee. If only parts of the original order are returned, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
From the refund amount, Sandramarias reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value compared to the item's original value, e.g. if the product has been damaged or not returned according to instructions. If the returned item is unsaleable, the customer is responsible for the full value of the item.

I or someone in my team check all products before they are sent, but should any product still be damaged when it arrives to you, we undertake in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act to remedy the fault.
Measures may mean (but are not limited to) that you get the product repaired or replaced, or that you are fully or partially reimbursed for the defective product (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 5:18§ 19§).
You must always contact Sandramarias for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered, but no later than 14 days after you or your representative received the product .
This is how a complaint is made
Any errors and defects must always be reported to email@example.com. Enter your name, your address, your e-mail address, the order number and which product(s) the complaint applies to and attach a picture of the defective product to clarify the matter.
Sandramarias is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.
Sandramarias nevertheless reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability
Sandramarias accepts no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
Sandramarias also disclaims responsibility for errors or delays resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control. This may apply to (but is not limited to) labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision or reduced/non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, Sandramarias takes no responsibility for any changes in products or product characteristics as a result of changes made by suppliers.

Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs, given that you have requested it by subscribing to newsletters or promotional offers.
We store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act in Finland (RP 9/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU (2016/679) as follows:
Personal data stored
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to it in our customer service, we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, purchase history and browser.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.
How personal data is shared
When you make a purchase at Sandramarias, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. We use the following payment providers: card payment via Stripe, Paypal and Apple Pay.
In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we share necessary information with the shipping companies we use. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, address information for delivery as well as email address and phone number for notification. Sandramarias uses Posti and Asendia through Pakettikauppa.fi for the delivery of orders.
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, the personal data you entered will be shared with our newsletter provider: your first name, your e-mail address and in some cases also your last name and date of birth. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Flodesk for sending out newsletters and information emails.
You have the right to request an extract of all the information we hold about you. The extract is delivered electronically.
You also have the right to ask us to update incorrect or incomplete information and you can at any time ask us to delete the personal data we have stored. There are still exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if the information is needed for Sandramarias to be able to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. according to the Accounting Act).
Sandramarias reserves the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as in the digital and physical products available for sale.
I cannot guarantee that the images on the website or on social media show the exact appearance of the products as certain color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. However, I always try to reproduce the products as accurately as possible and show unedited images of them in connection with the product pages on the website.
Sandramarias reserves the right to make changes to the purchase conditions at any time. Changes to the terms are posted online on the website. The amended terms are deemed to be accepted in connection with a customer placing an order or visiting the website.
